About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Associate UI/UX Developer with a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and UI frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to React.js and be able to work with guidance from senior developers. A keen eye for detail, an understanding of UX fundamentals, and the ability to translate design into functional UI are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and accessible web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Implement UI components and features using React.js, following best practices.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Ensure UI consistency across different browsers and devices.
- Translate UX wireframes, mockups, and design guidelines into functional web applications.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Conduct self-reviews and participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in UI development and UX practices.
Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with UI frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind, Material UI, etc.).
- Exposure to React.js with ability to work under guidance.
- Understanding of UX fundamentals and attention to design detail.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitLab/GitHub).
- Exposure to integration in React applications.
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and fixes.
- Basic understanding of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
